"I took my 2007 Ultra to the Albany Harley Davidson service department this past Thursday (July23rd). I had a problem with the Cruise, indicator lights, and brake light all going out in a rain storm the night before. It was one of those pictures out of the David Mann collection of the Harley rider trying repair the chain. In my case, it was changing fuses in a rain storm along side of the road at night. It was laughable seen if it weren’t for the fact my wife was over my shoulder yakking and could not hold the flashlight on the fuse box to save her life. I just did want to fool with tracking down the short after all of that. Call Big Bob Webb. I have to give it to Big Bob, Clay, Ricky Bob, and Farris. Before I could put my stuff down on the service papers, they had ran it through the computer and told me it was something new to them and would have to keep the bike over night. I left Little Bob (Ricky) scratching his heads. Big Bob said that he loves a challenge. He’ll figure it out. He did. Little Bob traced the Accessory circuit. Someone had broken off the cigarette light. The bottom section of the lighter was rattling around in the fixture and causing the short. I want to thank everyone for the quick response and professionalism. Both Little Bob and Farris master knowledge of the Ultras electrical system got me back on the road the next day and saved me labor charges. What a TEAM of skillful and talented people. Thanks"

"I just purchased a 2009 Tri Glide in July for my 78-year old Dad (Gene). First I want to say thanks to Pete Partlow for his professionalism and patience to take the time to understand how importance of this purchase for my Dad and for orchestrating such a task for bring my Dad's experience and dream to life. I want to thank Jana for doing her magic and locating the Red Hot Sunglow, Mike and John in parts, and Big Bob, Little Bob, Sparky, and Farris in the service department for making time to cover the do’s and don’ts and putting on all those new parts . All within a few hours, the TEAM at Albany Harley Davidson had him up and riding in time for his evening coffee with his Buds in Live Oak. Florida 2-1/2-hours down the road. He has bragg'in that night. I thought it would take a two pound sack of lemons to get the smile of his face that evening. It’s a good thing there’s a windshield on the bike for the ride back or he would have been picking bugs out of his teeth for a week. The best thing I got out of this is a Father’s hug.
